Job summary

CrowdGen by Appen seeks native Spanish speakers to record short, one-sided calls in Spanish for voice AI. You will call banks, telcos, or retailers with made-up details, using a six-step flow and fake data. Flexible, remote work with payment per QA-approved session.

Sessions range 1–2 minutes each; up to 10 sessions eligible for payout. Full payout requires up to 10 sessions with QA approval. Some days may have no tasks due to quotas.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker, 18+.
• Can read and follow short instructions in Spanish.
• Own an iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, or 17 Pro Max.
• Have a quiet indoor space to record (no TV, traffic, fans, or other voices).
• Can complete 4-10 calls, each 1-2 minutes (5 minutes max).
• Can spread calls out: no more than 3 per day, at least 3 hours apart, at different times of day across several days.
• Comfortable improvising a natural, unscripted call that follows a 6-step flow: greeting, ID verification, describing the issue, pausing for the agent's reply, resolution, and closing.
• Will use only fake names and account or order numbers (no real personal information).
• Willing to be recorded, give recorded consent, sign an NDA, and follow project guidelines.

• Submit basic metadata after each call.
• Pay: $3.00 per QA-approved session.
• You need at least 4 approved sessions to be paid ($12.00), and you can do up to 10 ($30.00).

• We recommend doing all 10 to get the full payout.
