BlueThrone is seeking a finance-driven investment professional to source, evaluate and model acquisition opportunities for mobile apps and SaaS businesses. You will build conviction cases, stress-test theses and present to the Investment Committee, while engaging founders directly.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on deal experience, advanced financial modeling, and a strong grasp of app metrics. The role offers high ownership and direct impact on capital deployment decisions.

Formación

• 2–4 years in investment banking, corporate finance, or a buy-side role with hands-on deal experience.
• Mobile app experience — understand app ecosystem metrics (LTV, CAC, retention, ARPU, MAU/DAU).
• Exceptional financial modeling skills — built models from scratch; comfortable with DCF, LBO, and subscription/cohort models.
• Strong accounting and finance fundamentals; understand statements, working capital, and purchase price mechanics.
• Founder-facing presence — build trust quickly and lead conversations with calm confidence.
• Bias to action with good judgment and strong analytical mindset.
• Strong communication — simplify complexity and present with confidence.

Responsabilidades

• Build and pressure-test investment cases from messy data into clear value propositions.
• Upgrade our modeling capabilities and templates for IC-ready outputs.
• Collaborate with sourcing, diligence and operators to connect what we buy with how we create value.
• Run tight deal processes: manage timelines, diligence streams and ensure timely completion.
• Meet founders through intro calls and deep-dive sessions to evaluate opportunities.
