Job summary

Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC-CNS) invites applications for a Machine Learning Engineer focused on speech technologies. The role sits within the AI Institute's Speech Team in a state-of-the-art HPC environment, developing deep learning models for speech synthesis and recognition.

We seek candidates with a master’s in engineering or computer science, 4+ years in ML and 2+ years in DL, strong Python/Linux skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronic engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related with specialization in speech processing and recognition, and background in computation.

Responsibilities

• Participation in current projects related to TTS technologies, including but not limited to research, documentation and deliverables.
• Preparation and presentation of scientific articles.
• Supervision of junior research engineers.
• Participation in internal group meetings and other scientific discussions.
