Qualifications

• Experience in banking operations or Middle Office functions is a plus.
• Knowledge of investment products, trade lifecycle processes, settlement and cash management.
• High level of English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Manage post-trade activities, including corporate events, pricing controls, reconciliations, regulatory reporting and the booking of cash and a broad range of financial products.
• Oversee payment flows and control incoming and outgoing transfers to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Monitor transactions throughout the lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing, timely escalation and compliance with internal controls.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate and resolve breaks to maintain accurate records and reduce operational risk.
• Review pricing and transaction data, identify issues and support stakeholders across Front Office and partner teams.
