Skydance is seeking a Systems Administrator responsible for the deployment and maintenance of company infrastructure services, systems, and network. The role requires hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise server solutions and public cloud environments.

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of IT experience, a strong command of English, and preferable Spanish skills. The successful applicant will work collaboratively to ensure a reliable and efficient infrastructure.

Formación

• 1-3 years of professional experience in IT departments.
• Medium-high English level required; Spanish desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and maintain infrastructure services, systems and network.
• Install, configure and manage servers and services, both cloud and on-premises.
• Perform system backups and recovery.

Conocimientos

Hands-on experience developing large-scale enterprise server solutions

Virtualization

Public cloud (Oracle, Azure, AWS)

Process automation and deployment

Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions

Scripting Python/bash

Ansible/Terraform

Basic networking knowledge

Experience with containers (docker/kubernetes)

Descripción del empleo

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the deployment and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure services, systems and network.

MAIN DUTIES

Technical

• Installing, configuring and managing servers and services both cloud and on-premises.
• Installing and evaluating new software releases, system upgrades and patches.
• Maintaining and monitoring system configuration to ensure data and configuration integrity.
• Operating with the objective of having a reliable, efficient and scalable infrastructure using configuration as code methodologies.
• Collaborating across departments to evolve systems standards studio-wide.
• Collaborating with the InfoSec team on the vulnerability management.
• Performing system backups and recovery.
• Documenting and automating daily tasks.
• Participat ing in large system and subsystem planning.
• 3rd level of support functions, including problem isolation and resolution.
• Keeping up on current methodologies and on technology trends and tools that best suit the production and the company.

Management

• Collaborates with other team members, when necessary.
• Follows the Supervisor’s and Lead´s guidance.

Qualifications

Professional Experience

• 1-3 years of professional experience in IT departments.

Technical

• Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and supporting large-scale enterprise server solutions.
• Virtualization.
• Public cloud (Oracle, Azure, AWS ...).
• Process automation and deployment.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions.
• Scripting Python/bash.

• Experience in process virtualization and deployment.
• Experience in the 3D animation sector.

Language Requirements
