Dragons Group is a global creative agency headquartered in Barcelona, shaping skincare, wellness, and lifestyle brands through strategy-led creativity. We seek a Mid/Senior Graphic Designer who lives for social media trends, delivering premium visuals for Instagram, TikTok, and campaigns.

You will collaborate with Design Lead and Strategists to maintain brand integrity while elevating imagery with retouching, compositing, and AI-driven workflows.

Formación

• 4–8+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Deep understanding of social media ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok).
• Strong portfolio with premium visual craft across skincare, beauty, wellness or lifestyle brands.
• Advanced skills in photo retouching, image manipulation, and compositing.
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools and integrating them into production workflows.

About the role

We are looking for a Mid/Senior Graphic Designer who is deeply social media obsessed, trend-aware, and passionate about skincare, wellness, and lifestyle aesthetics. Someone who understands how premium skincare brands live and breathe in culture today, especially across Instagram, TikTok, and Social Media Campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets across social media (organic + paid), Campaigns, toolkits, and presentations.
• Develop social-first creative that feels native to platforms while staying brand-consistent.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Lead, Art Directors, and Strategists to ensure visual consistency and craft excellence.
• Elevate product imagery through advanced retouching, compositing, and AI-supported workflows.
• Adapt assets quickly across variations while preserving visual integrity.
• Stay ahead of skincare, beauty, and Social Media trends.
• You will iterate quickly under tight timelines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (Mid/Senior level depending on profile).
• Deep understanding of social media ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, paid formats, motion-first layouts).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium visual craft. Highly valued experience in non-traditional skincare, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands. Fresh, cool, trendy eyes!
• Deep understanding of social media ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, paid formats, motion-first layouts).
• Strong eye for art direction, composition, color, lighting, and imagery selection.
• Advanced skills in photo retouching, image manipulation, and compositing — with the ability to elevate imagery while keeping it natural, credible, dermatologist-approved, and on-brand.
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Krea, Sora, Firefly, etc.) and understanding of how to integrate them into production workflows.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to apply them consistently across multiple assets and formats.
• Ability to produce high volumes of assets at scale without compromising quality.
• Comfortable working closely with Art Directors and Strategists.
• Ability to receive and interpret feedback clearly, iterate quickly, and maintain quality under tight timelines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail, craftsmanship, and ownership of final output quality.
• Proactive in identifying visual risks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
