Marlex People is seeking a MedTech Field Service Engineer to install and service automated medication dispensing hardware across healthcare facilities in Spain. The role requires travel and a flexible schedule, with per-diem assignments and part-time hours across Madrid, Barcelona, León, Sevilla, and Murcia.

You will test, configure, and document hardware and software, coordinate with engineers and hospital staff, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachillerato Diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
• English and Spanish/Portuguese is required.
• Professional business acumen and communication skills.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to work with engineers, project managers & healthcare staff to identify equipment layout and workflow.
• Able to meet hospital credentialing and vaccination requirements.
• Willingness to travel 100% locally, regionally, and nationally.

Responsabilidades

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; install and configure hardware, software and medical devices.
• Review schematics, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data after installation and configuration.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Collaborate with a team to manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
