Morgan Philips Group in Barcelona seeks a Medical Manager - Rare Diseases to shape the medical strategy for a newly launched therapy in Spain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive evidence generation and translate science into actionable medical plans, building credibility with KOLs and healthcare professionals.

Ideal candidates have an advanced life sciences degree, with MD/PhD preferred, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Ability to build credibility with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Experience in medical affairs within pharma/biotech is required.
• Fluent in English; Spanish highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the local medical strategy to support a launch.
• Act as scientific expert for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, societies, patient groups.
• Lead scientific exchange activities: advisory boards and expert meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure launch alignment.
• Support evidence generation and develop medical materials ensuring accuracy.
