A leading engineering firm is seeking a Medical Equipment Specialist based in Algeria to oversee the planning, installation, and supervision of medical equipment in healthcare projects. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic, French, and Spanish is advantageous. This role ensures compliance with healthcare standards and involves collaboration with various teams.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the installation, supervision, or maintenance of medical equipment in hospitals or healthcare facilities.
• In-depth knowledge of international healthcare standards (ISO, CE, FDA).
• Experience working in large-scale hospital or healthcare construction projects will be highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate the installation and commissioning of medical equipment.
• Evaluate and select appropriate equipment based on technical specifications and project needs.
• Collaborate with hospital management, engineering, and procurement teams during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and provide technical support during operations.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality control for medical devices and systems.
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers for equipment procurement and calibration.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the planning, installation, and technical supervision of medical equipment in hospitals and healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with international standards.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
