Takeda seeks a Medical Affairs Trainee to join our international Medical Affairs team in Madrid. The role focuses on Medical Education support, sponsorship administration for healthcare professionals, and cross-functional coordination with TAMs, MSLs, and internal stakeholders.

This paid internship runs for 12 months starting January 2026. Ideal candidates are actively enrolled or recent graduates in Medical/Health Sciences, with fluent English, strong organization and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Active enrollment at a university or a university of applied sciences, or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months).
• Interest in pursuing a career in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in Spain without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Assist Medical Education activities by planning, organizing, and executing Medical Education initiatives.
• Support HCP sponsorships by managing contracts, compliance checks, and approvals for third-party meetings.
