Diamond Foundry seeks a versatile Mechanical Engineer to support systems and automation in our Advanced Factory. You will bridge mechanical design, automation, and industrial systems to implement and optimize manufacturing equipment, driving continuous improvement and reliability across production lines.
The role requires a hands-on engineer with strong CAD skills (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) and experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
- 3–5 years in high-tech manufacturing or automated environments.
- Familiarity with industrial automation components and LV electrical installations.
- CAD tools for layouts and schematics (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
- Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication in an international team.
Responsabilidades
- Assist Systems & Automation in designing and deploying advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve production line issues to improve uptime and efficiency.
- Plan and execute equipment upgrade projects; update layouts and schematics.
- Liaise between automation, maintenance, and vendors to meet safety and needs.
- Create SOPs, maintenance plans, and technical documentation.
