Job summary

Oesia Group busca un Ingeniero Mecánico para un proyecto en Madrid. Se requiere experiencia en diseño de hardware y manejo de SolidWorks/AutoCAD; CATIA y impresión 3D son valorados. Se ofrece traslado a España y un entorno multinacional.

Entre tus funciones estarás creando diseños mecánicos para sistemas de comunicación y navegación, integrado con electrónica, y participando en todo el ciclo de vida del producto, desde requisitos hasta entrega.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware design for aerospace/defense/high-reliability sectors.
• Proficient with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of CATIA and 3D printing.
• Experience with task management tools.
• Version control and document repository management.

Responsibilities

• Advanced mechanical design using SolidWorks for 3D modelling and drawings.
• Mechanical design and integration of electronic and communication systems for aerospace/defense.
• Participation across full product lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
• Definition of mechanical architectures optimized for thermal management and integrity.
• Execution of mechanical analyses (structural, vibration, thermal).
• Preparation of drawings, BOMs, specs and certification deliverables.
• Technical review of designs and deliverables to ensure quality.

We are looking fora Hardware Engineer to join an important Project located in Madrid

• Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
• Work-life balance: full-time Monday to Thursday, early Fridays, and reduced working hours throughout the summer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware design, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability sectors.
• Document management using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of CATIA and3D printing.
• Experience with task management tools.
• Version control and document repository management.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Advanced mechanical design using SolidWorks (primary tool) for 3D modelling, complex assemblies and detailed technical drawings of communication and navigation systems.
• Mechanical design and integration of electronic and communication systems, including enclosures, structures, mounts, cabling and fixation elements for aerospace or defense environments.
• Participation across the full product lifecycle, from requirements definition to design, development, integration, validation and delivery.
• Definition of mechanical architectures optimized for thermal management, structural integrity and environmental resistance.
• Execution of mechanical analyses (structural, vibration, thermal) to ensure robustness and reliability under demanding operating conditions.
• Preparation of complete technical documentation, including drawings, BOMs, specifications, and certification-related deliverables.
• Technical review of designs and deliverables, ensuring quality standards in high-criticality projects.
