Job summary

Selex RRHH is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Terrassa to join our engineering team. You will develop 3D models and drawings, specify mechanical hardware, and contribute to product prototyping and industrialization.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, 2+ years of experience, CAD/PLM proficiency (PTC Creo/Windchill or similar), and knowledge of CNC, sheet metal, and GD&T, with strong English and local language communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in CAD/PLM tools (PTC Creo/Windchill or similar).
• Experience with CNC machining, sheet metal and plastic casting.
• Knowledge of tolerances and GD&T; strong English and local language communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings for mechanical hardware and tools.
• Source suppliers, request quotes, and track orders to suppliers for production.
• Develop and participate in product prototyping and manage manufacturing resources.
• Support industrialization with assembly and testing processes and documentation.
• Create and maintain documentation such as assembly instructions and manuals.
• Strive to continuously improve methods, processes, and product performance.
