Technip Energies in Barcelona is offering a Mechanical Engineer Trainee internship supervised by a Senior Engineer. You will learn to prepare technical specifications, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and manage vendor communications.

We seek students in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering who can sign an internship agreement and have at least B2 level in English and Spanish. Candidates must have permission to work in Spain.

Formación

• Pursuing a degree or master in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Must be able to sign an internship agreement with your university.
• Minimum English and Spanish level: B2.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare technical specifications and requisitions in coordination with other disciplines.
• Ensure contractual technical specifications are met by external parties/suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors and perform order follow-up.
• Support project targets, including man-hours, budget and schedule.

As a Mechanical Engineer Trainee in our Barcelona office, and supervised by a Senior Engineer, your main functions will be:

• To participate in the timely and qualitative preparation of technical specifications and requisitions / CN / engineering deliverables in coordination with other disciplines.
• To learn how to ensure that contractual technical specifications are met by external parties / suppliers.
• To learn how to ensure proper communication with vendors and technical follow up of the orders.
• To help to project target and priority such as the committed man/hours and technical robustness, budget & schedule target.

About you:

We would love to learn more about you if you meet the following requirements:

• You are studying a degree or a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• You have the possibility of signing an internship agreement with your university.
• You have at least a B2 level of spoken and written English and Spanish.
