GTD is a high-tech company in Spain seeking a Mechanical Engineer intern to join the I&C area at GTD Defense & Security Solutions, based in El Puerto de Santa Maria. You will support mechanical design and integration within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to land border surveillance and naval applications for national and international markets.

The role offers hybrid work, collaboration with an engineering team, and exposure to cutting-edge projects worldwide.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Support the mechanical design and integration of complex systems.
• Work within a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on the integration of mechanical, electrical, electronic and software systems.
• Apply skills to projects for national and international markets, including surveillance and naval applications.
