Synthires is seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers to support a project focused on developing advanced AI systems for engineering applications. Leverage your expertise in mechanical design, 3D CAD, technical drawings, and FEA to train and validate AI outputs.

No prior AI experience required; domain knowledge matters. Responsibilities include creating 3D CAD models, interpreting drawings, documenting specs and tolerances, and contributing to stress analysis tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience.
• Strong 3D CAD modeling and FEA expertise.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or CATIA.
• Ability to read and produce detailed technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of stress analysis and engineering validation.
• Excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D CAD models of mechanical components using SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or CATIA.
• Interpret technical drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
• Document component requirements, specifications, and manufacturing tolerances.
• Provide insights on stress analysis and FEA tasks.
• Review and improve CAD outputs and technical documentation.
• Provide expert feedback to evaluate and improve AI-generated engineering outputs.
