Job summary

FORVIA is seeking an engineer to support the engineering department and drive product and process improvements. You will collaborate on changes, monitor modifications of new installations, and plan technical resources for launches.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Organization Engineering or related field.
• Master's degrees in Automotive or Industrial Engineering are expected.
• Other engineering degrees may be considered.

• Support the engineering department and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate on product and process enhancements and changes.
• Support process and product change management activities.
• Monitor modifications to new installations or changes.
• Plan technical resources for new launches and modifications.
• Provide technical guidance to other functional teams.

We are seeking an engineer with a focus on product, process, and continuous improvement. Among its functions:

• Support the engineering department.
• Collaborate on process and product improvements.
• Support for process change management.
• Support for product change management.
• Monitoring of modifications to new installations or changes.
• Planning of technical resources for new launches and modifications.
• Providing technical advice on the process to other functional areas.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Required qualification:

• University Master's Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• University Master's Degree in Automotive Engineering
• University Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Other engineering degree programs.

Languages:

• Good level of written and spoken English, enabling fluent conversations.
• Good level of French will be valued
