Kudelski Security in Madrid is seeking an IT Security Operations Engineer to join our MDR team. You will work as a client-facing security engineer responsible for threat detection, incident response, and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 1–3 years in cybersecurity operations, experience with SIEM/EDR tools (Splunk, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike), and scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell). English fluency is essential; French is a plus.

Formación

• Around 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response.
• Experience with SIEM and EDR platforms (Splunk, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike).
• Understanding of security operations, detection logic, and response processes.
• Exposure to scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a technical contact for clients and support day-to-day service delivery.
• Support onboarding of new data sources and maintain documentation.
• Participate in reports and service reviews with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent client support.
