Oterra in Chiva (Valencia) is seeking a Production and Raw Material Planner to optimize the MPS and MRP cycle, ensuring timely material availability and delivery commitments.

You will work closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Warehousing to sustain manufacturing execution. The role uses SAP/ERP for master data and reports to the Site Supply Chain Manager, driving efficiency and reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning and MRP in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of MRP logic, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems, strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail oriented with strong prioritization.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Manage weekly production plan (MPS) aligned with demand forecasts and capacity.
• Execute and control raw material and packaging planning (MRP).
• Analyze material requirements considering lead times, safety stocks, and order quantities.
• Coordinate with Procurement for timely replenishment and risk mitigation.
• Monitor material availability and address shortages affecting production.
• Collaborate with Production to ensure feasible schedules and prioritize orders.
• Maintain master data and planning parameters in ERP systems (SAP/other).
• Monitor inventory levels to balance service and working capital.
• Analyze planning deviations and propose corrective actions for forecast accuracy.
• Support process improvements in planning and operational efficiency.
• Act as planning liaison between internal stakeholders.
