TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a detail-oriented Material Master Data Trainee to support creation, maintenance and quality control of product and material master data across systems in a multinational environment. You will work with Supply Chain, Procurement and Product Management to ensure data accuracy, comply with governance policies, and enable informed decision-making.

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Material Master Data Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will support the creation, maintenance, and quality control of product and material master data across different systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards, contributing to efficient business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain material master data records in internal systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms.
• Support data cleansing and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Validate product information received from vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies and errors.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Product Management, and other business teams.
• Follow established master data governance policies and procedures.
• Support reporting and data analysis activities related to material master data.

What You'll Bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data and large volumes of information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
