Coty is seeking a Material Master Data Intern for a 6-month program in Barcelona starting September. You will join a global SAP-based data team responsible for creating material master data and resolving tickets to ensure accurate data for Coty worldwide.

Responsibilities include ensuring on-time data creation per briefing, adhering to Global Data Standards, and collaborating with Master Data Governance, Marketing, Planning, and IT.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or last years (Engineering, BA and/or similar academic background).
• Good technical skills in Excel and SAP. Knowledge in Microsoft Access, Visual Basic will be considered.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) mentality, with ability to propose and deliver improvements.
• Team Player mindset.
• Strong sense of individual accountability – personal drive to improve and passionate ownership of performance.
• Autonomous motivation to implement changes and challenge the current process / system to deliver improved results.
• Good English level and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Material Master Data is created on time and accurate per briefing from Marketing/Initiative Leader.
• Follow Global Data Standards and contribute to adjusting them to changing needs.
• Deliver “Data Readiness” during different stages of the Innovation and lead work across.
• Provide clear and accurate insights into the product creation cycle and related data to support internal stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between departments involved in Master Data ensuring timely follow-up.
• Communicate internal customer issues clearly and align responses with business needs and prioritize resolution.
• Share findings in a clear and structured manner to enable teams to act quickly and improve process efficiency.
