Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Madrid is expanding its Marketing & Communications capabilities with a MarTech Product Owner role.

You will own the target architecture, define the roadmap and lead cross-functional teams across CRM, CDP, consent, automation and data platforms. The position requires experience as a MarTech architect or product owner, strong knowledge of CRM/CDP and integration patterns, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MarTech architect or product owner in a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, CDP, marketing automation, CMS/DAM, web analytics and integration patterns.
• Experience in platform selection, vendor and system-integrator management, onboarding and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the MarTech target architecture and integration design across CRM, CDP, consent, automation, web, analytics and Databricks.
• Define and maintain the MarTech roadmap, including platform selection, rationalisation and onboarding.
• Steer vendors, agencies and system integrators, and manage service interfaces and SLAs with IT.
• Govern platform demand, standards and adjacent initiatives to ensure integration, compliance and avoid duplication.
• Translate Marketing, Sales and Digital needs into scalable capabilities, including privacy-by-design consent and tracking solutions.

SIX is strengthening its Marketing & Communications capabilities through a modern, integrated MarTech ecosystem. The MarTech Product Owner connects business priorities across Marketing, Sales and Digital with scalable platform solutions. The role owns the target architecture, integration design and roadmap across CRM, automation, web, data and consent technologies. Working with IT, Legal & Compliance and external partners, it ensures a governed, compliant and future-ready MarTech foundation.

• Experience in platform selection, vendor and system-integrator management, onboarding and service delivery.
• Ability to combine business, technology, data, governance, consent and privacy-by-design requirements.
• Product-owner mindset with strong prioritisation, stakeholder alignment and experience translating AI use cases into platform requirements.
