IE University is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support its Undergraduate Programs department in Madrid. This full-time position involves creating high-quality marketing content, managing campaigns, and collaborating with various teams. As a key member of the transversal team, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies and materials that enhance the positioning, visibility, and commercial success of IE University’s full undergraduate program portfolio across all academic disciplines.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in education, digital, or brand marketing.
Strong communication, writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating content for different channels and audiences.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Knowledge of social media trends, particularly with Gen Z and student audiences.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
