Job summary

Alliance Healthcare España S.A. in Spain is seeking a seasoned marketing and business development professional to drive the commercial success of healthcare services across a 900-pharmacy network. You will define go-to-market strategies, optimize service performance and deliver growth in a B2B2C environment.

The role reports to the Marketing Services Manager and requires strong communication, project and stakeholder management skills complemented by an analytical, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in marketing, business development, or related commercial roles.
• Experience in healthcare/pharmacy environments is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and service-based business models.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch and growth of Telemedicine, Loyalty, and Dermatology services.
• Develop and execute B2B2C marketing and commercial strategies.
• Create marketing materials, training content and POS tools.
• Train pharmacy and field teams for deployment and usage.
• Coordinate internal teams and external providers for service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and forecasts; provide insights.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance value and outcomes.

Position Summary

This role is responsible for driving the commercial success, adoption and operational execution of healthcare services across a network of 900 pharmacies. Acting as the link between pharmacies, service providers and end consumers, you will define go-to-market strategies, optimize service performance and deliver growth in a B2B2C environment. Reporting to the Marketing Services Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Alliance Healthcare's healthcare services offering and creating value for both pharmacies and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the launch, implementation and growth of Telemedicine, Loyalty and Dermatology services across the pharmacy network.
• Develop and execute B2B2C marketing and commercial strategies to drive service adoption, engagement and revenue growth.
• Create marketing materials, training content, sales presentations and point-of-sale support tools.
• Train pharmacy teams and field teams to ensure successful deployment and service utilization.
• Coordinate internal teams, external providers and key stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor performance, KPIs, budgets and forecasts, providing regular business insights and recommendations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve pharmacy experience and business performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer value and commercial outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, service management, project management or commercial roles.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail or pharmacy environments is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and service-based business models.

Education

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy or a related field.

• Strong commercial and business development mindset.
