Job summary

Constructor Labs in Barcelona is seeking a Marketing Manager to position its research and education services to universities and enterprises. You will own messaging, the plan, budget, and results, and work hands-on while orchestrating the shared marketing team.

You will lead account-based programs, run multi-channel campaigns, and ensure Salesforce usage, analytics, and KPI reporting align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• B2B marketing experience in research, higher education, EdTech or related field.

Responsibilities

• Position Constructor Labs’ services with clear value propositions and sales materials.
• Plan and execute account-based marketing programmes for priority university and enterprise accounts.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns across performance marketing, website, LinkedIn, and email.
• Use Salesforce to manage campaigns and build basic reports.
• Coordinate participation in events with PR teams.
• Set goals, track KPIs, and report to leadership.
