📍 Location

This position is based in Barcelona, Spain.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Drive all Impress marketing and creative activities for our German market;
• Localise & deploy Marketing initiatives & campaigns;
• Take care of all marketing operations across the country with the mission to digitalize the orthodontic experience for patients;
• Ensure maximum traffic conversion & drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities while reducing CAC;
• Listen to the trends of the German health-tech market and support market research efforts where required;
• Localise, develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across all channels (digital, press, TV, social, etc.);
• Collaborate with the PR / influencers team to build our community online;
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on performance.

💡 What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a similar role, in a large scale start-up, ideally within the health-tech sector;
• Very good understanding of the German market;
• Ability to implement marketing techniques over all digital and non-digital channels;
• Both creative and analytical mindset;
• Roll-Up-The-Sleeves Style : You enjoy an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you take ownership of the initiatives and to be comfortable in an environment with lean staffing;
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, you know how to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences;
• Fluent in German & English.
