Principal Global Recruiter within Medical Imaging and AI
I’m partnering with a leading client in the medical imaging and MRI sector to find a Marketing Manager who combines creativity with operational excellence. This role focuses on event management including conferences, tradeshows, and internal offsites—while also driving digital and social media marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Event Management
- Plan, organize, and deliver industry conferences, tradeshows, and company-hosted events (virtual and in-person).
- Manage all logistical aspects, including venue selection, booth design, vendor coordination, travel, and on-site support.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align event strategies with business goals.
- Measure performance and ROI for each event, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Oversee the planning and execution of internal events and team offsites to foster engagement and connection.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Develop and manage digital campaigns to promote events before, during, and after they happen (via email, website, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging event-related content—posts, graphics, videos, and recaps—to boost visibility and engagement.
- Support wider marketing initiatives including paid campaigns, newsletters, and website updates.
- Work with design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.
Project & Budget Management
- Manage budgets and timelines for events and digital campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee external vendors and partners, negotiating to achieve the best outcomes.
- Keep stakeholders informed with regular project updates and reports.
About You
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on event planning and digital campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale events such as conferences and tradeshows.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Confident communicator in English (an additional European language is a plus).
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as Figma, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (or similar).
- Willingness to travel for events across Europe and internationally (approx. 20–30%).
