A leading biotechnology firm in Sant Cugat del Vallès seeks a candidate with a Life Sciences degree and strong project management skills. The role involves translating scientific content into marketing materials and managing digital campaigns. B2B or B2C experience is desired, along with excellent communication in English. This position offers a hybrid work model requiring office attendance once a week.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences discipline required.
  • Postgraduate training with a commercial orientation is preferred.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns is desirable.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences discipline (like Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Nutrition or related fields).
  • Postgraduate training with a commercial or business orientation—such as a Master’s degree or specialized coursework in Marketing, Business Administration, or Product Management.
  • Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content Strategy, SEO / SEM, or Marketing Analytics are considered a strong plus (not compulsory!)
Professional Experience
  • Pharmaceutical
  • Nutraceutical / Probiotics and Postbiotics
  • Medical devices (secondary)
  • Cosmetics or personal care (secondary)
  • B2B and / or B2C environments
  • Launching or supporting scientific / health-related products

Experience managing campaigns, digital channels, and external agencies is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies
  • Ability to translate scientific content into clear, compelling marketing materials for different audiences.
  • Strong project-management skills; comfort handling multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English C1 or C2 required)

  • Independent, proactive, and self-driven , with strong ownership of projects.
  • Curious and eager to learn—especially at the intersection of science and marketing.
  • Comfortable in a hybrid work model : must be able to attend the Sant Cugat office at least once per week .
