The role requires 8–10+ years in progressive marketing, with a focus on the construction materials sector. Excellent leadership skills and a degree in Marketing or Business are essential. This position involves relocation to Dubai.

As the Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of integrated product marketing strategies that drive market share, customer engagement, and long-term brand equity.

THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE RELOCATION TO DUBAI.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of product marketing initiatives across key product lines in construction materials.
  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Sales, and Operations to ensure strong alignment between market needs and product innovation.
  • Spearhead market intelligence efforts—monitoring trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide decision-making.
  • Oversee campaign planning, content development, and channel strategy (including digital, events, and trade marketing).
  • Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team and agency partners.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
Candidate Profile :
  • 8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles within the construction materials or industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in product marketing, brand strategy, and market development.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate technical products in commercially compelling ways.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
