Position: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Ibiza

Contract: Full-time Seasonal (6 months with possible extension)

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of the venue’s marketing strategy in line with Nikki Beach brand standards. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and General Manager, the role focuses on digital marketing, social media, content coordination, campaigns, and event support to drive brand visibility, engagement, and commercial performance.

This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent brand presentation, timely execution of marketing initiatives, and seamless coordination between marketing and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing Manager in implementing the annual marketing plan and achieving set objectives
  • Promote awareness and consistency of Nikki Beach brand standards internally and externally
  • Identify and support marketing opportunities including digital advertising, partnerships, and content initiatives
  • Assist with planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing campaigns and special events
  • Support social media content creation, scheduling, and community management across platforms
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and digital communications
  • Coordinate with influencers and support influencer-related campaigns
  • Interact with guests in real time on social media to enhance engagement and brand presence
  • Coordinate print and digital advertising with designers, ensuring deadlines and approvals are met
  • Maintain and organize the digital asset library (photos, logos, brand materials)
  • Support relationships with local luxury hotels, concierge services, boutiques, and businesses to ensure up-to-date marketing information
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure brand standards are consistently applied on property
  • Assist in communicating marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to internal teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and social media
  • Basic or junior-level graphic design knowledge is an advantage
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn
