Alea in Barcelona seeks a Marketing & Communications Intern to support PR, events and marketing operations. You will help prepare event materials, coordinate Camp Nou hospitality, manage awards submissions and assist with PR content under the Head of PR & Communications.

The role offers exposure to corporate communications, events, content, PR and marketing operations within an international B2B environment. Ideal for someone early in their career seeking hands-on experience.

Formación

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Event Management, Business or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is also required.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel or Google Workspace tools.
• Basic Canva skills and an interest in clear, on-brand visuals.
• Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive, reliable and able to follow up with stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of recurring processes.
• Ability to handle internal information with discretion.
• Interest in PR, communications, events and B2B marketing.
• Internship or academic experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of iGaming/tech/B2B sectors is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create and update event materials and guides for conferences and exhibitions.
• Gather and organize practical information for presentations with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare post-event feedback presentations; document actions and next steps.
• Attend post-event meetings; take notes and track actions.
• Follow up with stakeholders to collect missing information or feedback.
• Ensure event materials are accurate, structured and on time.
• Coordinate Camp Nou hospitality activities and maintain a live tracker.
• Create invitations and visuals using Canva and templates.
• Coordinate invitation details and attendee data with internal teams.
• Keep Camp Nou information up to date before matches.
• Own and maintain the internal awards calendar; track deadlines and costs.
• Support award applications from planning to submission; gather materials.
• Draft and format materials with final approval from Head of PR & Communications.
• Maintain records of submissions, assets and results.
• Update the media tracker daily; assist with press releases and media materials.
• Support research for media opportunities and interviews.
• Organize press materials, coverage and contacts.
• Follow up with media partners and suppliers.
• Review interviews, podcasts and content for quality and brand consistency.
• Coordinate feedback and revision rounds with stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure final materials have approvals before publication.
• Coordinate corporate gifts; research options and budget, approvals, shipping.
• Maintain an accurate tracker of orders, recipients and costs.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt.
• Collect and send invoices; maintain records and documentation.
• Coordinate timelines and documents with Legal for signatures.
• Support on-site photo/video shoots; setup and scheduling.
