We’re Hiring: Marketing & Brand Lead (Hybrid – Barcelona HQ)

With over 35 years of experience in designing and building impactful, custom-made stands, we are a trusted partner for global brands who want to stand out and achieve remarkable results at the world’s most important trade fairs. Present in more than 90 countries, our international team transforms innovative designs into unforgettable experiences.

We are now looking for a Marketing & Brand Experience Lead to join our team remotely (with HQ in Barcelona). If you have a creative vision, strong marketing expertise, and at least 3 years of experience in stands, interior design, architecture, or events, this could be your next big step.

Your role will include :

• Creative Vision & Brand Leadership
• Bring your experience in stands, architecture, interior design, or events to position Proexpo as a leading creative agency in the industry.
• Translate our design philosophy into marketing strategies and brand stories that inspire clients.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all materials.
• Manage our participation in awards and industry events.
• Digital Marketing & Content
• Lead and oversee digital marketing initiatives (social media, newsletters, website updates) ensuring creativity and strategic alignment.
• Supervising our SEO / SEM campaigns
• Guide the agency’s creative output and propose innovative campaigns to showcase our projects, design trends, and sustainability initiatives.
• Graphic design expertise to create customized presentations. Motion graphics will be a plus.
• Agency, Partners & Sales Support
• Act as the bridge between Proexpo and creative partners, leading with your expertise in design and events.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, ensuring marketing actions directly support lead generation, client relationships, and business growth.
• Conduct regular benchmarking in the events and stand design industries.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/branding in these types of industries: stands, events or creative agencies. (must-have)
• Understanding of sales processes and how marketing supports commercial growth.
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proactive, creative mindset with passion for design, branding, and events.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

What we offer

• Working hours : Mon–Thu 08 : 30–17 : 30 (30 min lunch) and Fri 08 : 30–14 : 30.
• Hybrid (HQ in central Barcelona, between Plaza Catalunya and Urquinaona).
• Permanent contract with a 1-month trial.
