Gameloft Barcelona is offering an internship in Operational Marketing focused on activations, IP collaborations and live events. You will support the Principal Activations Manager in bringing IP collaborations to life and help shape future concepts for activations that fit player insights and market trends.
You will collaborate with product, ASO, Partnerships, Community, Influencer Marketing, User Acquisition and Marketing Art, while coordinating with licensing and legal teams as required.
Your main challenge
You will support the Principal Activations Manager in bringing exciting IP collaborations and in-game activations to life, ensuring our upcoming roadmap is implemented in the best possible way for our players.
Beyond delivering planned activations, you will also help shape what comes next: identifying new IPs, audiences and opportunities, and proposing creative concepts for future events and collaborations.
The role combines creativity, coordination and analysis. You will work closely with our game and marketing teams to develop engaging experiences while coordinating with external IP partners to ensure assets and content meet their guidelines and approval requirements.
You help deliver activations on time and to a high standard, keeping internal teams and external partners aligned throughout the process.
You understand our players and use available insights to contribute relevant ideas for IP collaborations and in-game experiences.
As you grow into the role, you become increasingly autonomous in coordinating activations, identifying opportunities and contributing ideas to the future roadmap.
You will work directly with the Principal Activations Manager as part of the Operational Marketing team, collaborating with Product, ASO, Partnerships, Community, Influencer Marketing, User Acquisition and Marketing Art.
You will also work closely with production teams including Producers, Game Design, Art, QA and Game Economy to coordinate the development and implementation of each activation.
Externally, you will interact with IP rights holders and partners, as well as Licensing and Legal teams when required.
This role will give you hands‑on experience at the intersection of gaming, entertainment, IP partnerships and live operations, with increasing ownership over activations and opportunities to contribute to the future direction of our collaboration roadmap.
Our Barcelona studio offers real career development opportunities and a positive working environment in a centrally located office. We value supportive working conditions and a balanced work‑life approach, and our teams work together with a collaborative mindset.
