Fuerte Group Hotels in Marbella seeks a Building Engineer / Technical Office Engineer to drive architectural and engineering success in major hotel construction initiatives. You will lead studies, manage budgets, and oversee site execution from demolition to interiors, drafting proposals and schedules in AutoCAD and Revit while monitoring progress.

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of demonstrable experience in technical office and on-site construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and cost software like SIGRID.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hotel construction projects from planning to completion with cost control.
• Review technical documentation across demolition, structure, and interiors.
• Prepare bidding proposals, cost estimates and schedules.
• Track quantities, monitor budgets and orders with SIGRID.
• Coordinate site visits and manage subcontractors and suppliers on-site.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards with leadership.
