Role Mission

Manage projects assigned to the department, designing and controlling the activities linked to the maintenance and improvement projects of current processes as well as those associated with the transfer of design, industrialization and market launch of new Immunohematology products that are carried out, with the objective of achieving improvements in our reagents or including new reagents in the portfolio of products manufactured in the Diagnostic Grifols division (all sites), maintaining the production and quality standards that the company requires.

What your responsibilities will be
  • Develop specific technical projects assigned: plan, design, and execute experiments in the laboratory or factory tests.
  • Analyze, evaluate results, and draft technical documentation.
  • Assume the duties of project manager if designated as such.
  • Propose, analyze, and implement improvements or modifications to current products.
  • Investigate and solve problems in current products and processes.
  • Maintain close relationships with people in other areas related to the technical performance of the project and participate in the project or change management teams assigned to you.
  • Perform the maintenance, verification, and calibration operations defined for the instruments entrusted to you.
  • Be familiar with and ensure compliance with directives and regulations that apply to the processes and products resulting from the assigned projects.
  • Be part of the teams that manage the projects when required.
  • Respect the confidentiality required by the MSS department.

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • You have 3 years of experience in technical areas of manufacturing, quality control, validation, or technical support, preferably in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or biotechnology industry.
  • You are a dynamic, proactive person who can carry out projects independently with a sense of responsibility. You are organized and methodical, and you enjoy working in a team.
