Grifols, S.A. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Equipments & Installations) to lead the design, installation and qualification of new manufacturing equipment and facilities.

You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation and Maintenance to ensure GMP compliance and timely delivery of projects. The role requires coordinating external engineering firms, suppliers and contractors, overseeing construction, and driving improvements in utilities and production areas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• Proven experience managing industrial projects in pharma/cosmetics/biotech/food.
• Experience in cleanrooms and GMP environments; tech transfer projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC, compressed air, purified water and monitoring systems.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects implementing new manufacturing equipment, facilities and production areas.
• Oversee expansion and improvement of utilities and services (HVAC, compressed air, purified water).
• Coordinate activities with external suppliers, contractors and internal departments.
• Review layouts, material flows and configurations of new production areas.
• Oversee construction/completion activities, ensuring GMP compliance, safety, timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and review technical documentation for projects.
• Coordinate commissioning, testing, qualification and validation of new facilities and systems.

Conocimientos

Advanced English

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical)

Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering degree with PM training
