A global engineering company in Spain is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist. The ideal candidate will bridge product design and production, ensuring accurate data management of Bills of Materials and routings. This role requires proficiency in advanced Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on data quality and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Formación

  • Entry-level candidates with internships/traineeships in manufacturing are welcome.
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or master-data management preferred.
  • Proficiency in English (B2+) and knowledge of Italian (B1 or above) is desired.

Responsabilidades

Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist at Multi-Wing Italy (Senago)

At Multi-Wing Italy, we’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to help bridge the gap between product design and production — ensuring our world-class airflow solutions are built with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain product codifications, Bills of Materials (BoMs), and routings in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Ensure manufacturing data is always accurate, consistent, and aligned with approved drawings and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Planning, Production, and Quality to release new products into manufacturing.
  • Execute and document engineering changes (ECN/ECO), ensuring timely updates across systems.
  • Support data governance, monitor master-data quality, and drive continuous improvement in processes and standards.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, loves structure, and enjoys turning complex product data into clear, reliable manufacturing information.

What We’re Looking For
  • Education: BSc/MSc in Mechanical, Industrial, or Management Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Content note: a technical diploma with hands-on experience in manufacturing will also be considered.
  • Experience:
  • Entry-level candidates with internships/traineeships in manufacturing are welcome.
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or master-data management (BoMs, routings) is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of production cycles, BoMs, and technical drawings.
  • Accuracy-focused, analytical, and comfortable with data-driven problem solving.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Solid communication and documentation habits in a cross-functional environment.
  • Languages:
  • English – working proficiency (B2+).
  • Italian – preferred (B1 or above).
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to Lean / Continuous Improvement principles.
  • Familiarity with ECN/ECO processes and master-data quality KPIs.
  • Knowledge of variant/configuration management and data validation tools (e.g., Power Query, SQL).
