• Collaborate with key clients and internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and satisfaction.


• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain robust governance frameworks.


• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to support company growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Risk, Fraud, or Payments operations.


• Background in iGaming, eCommerce, or other regulated B2B service environments.


• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale large, diverse teams across multiple locations.


• Strong operational and strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.


• Based in or willing to relocate to Malta or Spain.
