Job summary

Fujitsu Limited in Madrid is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager for Agentic Transformation & AI Operating Model in Iberia. You will help clients move from pilots to production-grade AI agents, redesigning processes and operating models to align people and technology for measurable results.

Reporting to a Director, you will shape proposals, lead delivery teams, define AI strategies, governance, and ensure compliance with the EU AI Act.

Qualifications

• Several years of consulting experience in AI, digital or operations transformation.
• Experience defining AI strategies, use-case portfolios, business cases and operating models.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and AI agents, and hands-on redesign of processes around them.
• Knowledge of the EU AI Act and its impact on AI initiatives.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships at senior level.
• Hands-on experience with modern data and AI architectures: cloud data platforms, ML, LLM-based solutions, orchestration and monitoring.
• Experience taking AI systems into production and managing operational risks: performance, drift, reliability, and security.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; Portuguese is a plus.

Your Role Will Involve

As Manager / Senior Manager for Agentic Transformation & AI Operating Model, you’ll help clients move from isolated AI pilots to agents running real business processes. Your focus is redesigning processes and ways of working so that people and agents work as one team and the impact shows up in the P&L.

Reporting to a Director or Associate Partner (as appropriate), you’ll combine deep hands-on expertise with client leadership: shaping solutions, supporting business development and leading delivery teams through to measurable results.

As an expert in your field, you’ll help shape how Uvance Wayfinders delivers, bringing fresh perspectives and creating reusable assets for the practice.

As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

Business development support

• Shaping proposals, business cases and client presentations for agentic transformation engagements.
• Supporting our Associate Partners and Directors in building relationships with client decision-makers.
• Identifying new opportunities during delivery and turning them into proposals.

Client delivery & leadership

• Defining AI strategies, use-case portfolios and roadmaps with clear business cases and value tracking.
• Redesigning end-to-end business processes around AI agents: deciding which tasks and decisions agents take on and where people stay in control.
• Designing new ways of working and AI operating models: governance, organisation, roles and AI centres of excellence.
• Applying agentic approaches across the business: customer journeys, operations and back office, and IT, including an agentic software development lifecycle.
• Leading adoption and change management so that new ways of working stick.
• Making sure transformation programmes meet the EU AI Act and applicable regulation.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams and managing day-to-day delivery with clients.
• Owning the end-to-end solution architecture and engineering rigour of AI systems, ensuring they are designed, built, deployed and governed to run reliably in production.
• Applying MLOps and LLMOps practices: evaluation, monitoring, drift detection and lifecycle management.
• Guiding teams on trade-offs between rules-based systems, machine learning, LLMs and hybrid approaches.
• Building value cases and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders to frame problems, align on priorities and shape engagement outcomes.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Practice development

• Contributing to the Agentic Transformation offering, including methodologies, accelerators, reusable assets and thought leadership.
• Leading and coaching consultants, providing direction and quality assurance over team performance and deliverables.
• Working with Uvance Wayfinders colleagues across Europe and with the teams already present in client accounts.
• Helping build a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and hands-on excellence.

Your Transferable Skills And Experience

• Several years of consulting experience in AI, digital or operations transformation.
• Experience defining AI strategies, use-case portfolios, business cases and operating models.
• Solid understanding of generative AI and AI agents, and hands-on experience redesigning processes around them.
• Knowledge of the EU AI Act and its impact on AI initiatives.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships at senior level.
• Hands-on understanding of modern data and AI architectures: cloud data platforms and pipelines, machine learning, LLM-based solutions (prompting, RAG, agents), orchestration and monitoring.
• Experience taking AI systems into production and managing their operational risks: performance, drift, reliability and security.
• Demonstrated ability to build value cases (complex value cases at Senior Manager level) and to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
• University degree in a technical or quantitative field preferred.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; Portuguese is a plus.
