Lighthouse Intelligence seeks a Data Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering end-to-end data domains within a high-scale ingestion and transformation engine. You will unify hospitality data into a semantic layer and guide architecture, pipelines, and AI-first initiatives.

You’ll balance hands-on data engineering with people leadership to create real-world impact for hotels worldwide and collaborate with cross-functional teams shaping data products and platform intelligence.

Formación

• Must have hands-on data engineering experience and leadership in teams.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, batch and streaming pipelines.
• Interest or experience with AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted coding tools.

• Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management

You’ll guide architecture and pipelines, ensuring performance and reliability while embedding an AI-first culture. The role blends hands-on data engineering with people leadership to deliver real-world impact for hotels worldwide. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape data products and elevate the platform’s intelligence.
