Job Position: Rentals Team Manager
Company: Roccabox Property Group
Location: Nueva Andalucia, Marbella, Costa del Sol

Position Details:
  • Type: Full-Time (10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday)
  • Salary: Competitive Basic Wage + Commission Based on Team Earnings
  • Benefits: Company Mobile Phone & Use of Company Car
  • Languages: Fluent in English/Spanish (required); other languages are a plus
  • Driving: Valid European Driving License (necessary)
  • Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the rentals team for long‑term and holiday properties.
  • Lead and motivate the team, providing training and support for high performance.
  • Develop marketing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.
  • Handle tenant relations, inquiries, and issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
  • Maintain records of rental agreements and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, analysing performance metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
  • Monitor market trends to adapt strategies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
