Formación

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Ensure the availability, reliability, and continuous improvement of production equipment and facilities, applying preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance methodologies, as well as technical improvement projects.

  • Define, plan, and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
  • Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and similar methodologies.
  • Manage and update the technical documentation of equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate with production to optimize scheduled shutdowns and intervention times.
  • Propose and implement technical improvements in processes and equipment.
  • Monitor critical spare parts and support the management of the maintenance warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Education : Technical Engineering / Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in production environments.
  • Knowledge of Mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Knowledge of Diagnostic tools and failure analysis.
  • Knowledge of Maintenance management software (CMMS).
  • Valuable : Experience in continuous improvement environments (Lean, TPM, or similar).
  • English level : Intermediate / advanced.
