Formación

• Relevant degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Experience in maintenance engineering roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work hands-on.

Responsibilities

Maintenance engineering plays a vital role in the efficiency, development and progress of manufacturing. The work involves practical, hands‑on engineering, problem‑solving and supervising technical staff:

Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods for maintenance.

Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work.

Diagnosing breakdown problems.

Directing, instructing and supervising maintenance technicians.

Liaising with other departments such as production, quality, engineering.

Arranging procurement of spare parts and services.

Define and Control KPI (breakdowns/maintenance costs).

Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.

Writing maintenance guidelines or procedures for maintenance.

Improving maintenance technicians qualification.

Create spare parts list. Set up and maintain the spare part warehouse.

Qualifications

Mechanical engineering, electrical or electronic engineering.

English B2‑C1.
