• 10+ years in information security with leadership exposure.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, strong communication.
• Experience in MSP/MSSP environments and client escalations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day security monitoring and incident response across Madrid and Rome SOCs.
• Lead and develop the Cyber SOC analysts team with coaching and performance management.
• Establish security operations policies, procedures and best practices.
