P3 Logistic Parks in Madrid seeks an experienced Portfolio Property Manager to lead the in-house property management team and drive the portfolio strategy for tenants across the Madrid region.

You will coordinate budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, tenancy processes, and service charges, while maintaining site visits and relations with tenants. A technical engineering or architecture background and proven PM experience are essential for success.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate in-house property management teams (technical and financial).
• Manage portfolio strategy within the tenant and lease conditions.
• Oversee capex/opex budgets, forecasts and long-term investment plans.
• Coordinate tenders, design/construction contracts and related documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits and tenant meetings; handle insurance requirements.
