Eurofirms Group | People first in Madrid is seeking an Ads Operation Specialist to join the fast-growing Ads Operations team. You will manage campaigns, prepare release materials, and optimize performance across multiple clients within a collaborative team environment.

You will work closely with ads ops teammates and cross-functional groups to resolve issues, test creatives, and ensure all deliverables meet client KPIs, with a permanent on-site role and a competitive package including a

Formación

• Studies in the fields of marketing, advertising, media or similar.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in marketing or media is preferred.
• Excellent data analytical skills including proficiency in MS Excel (MUST HAVE).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Language: Spanish native and advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for KA Advertiser’s campaign performance and annual consumption in Ads platform, which is regarded as net revenue contribution to department.
• Perform all duties of ads operations including trafficking, troubleshooting, campaign optimizations and reporting
• Effectively communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch, delays and delivery issues, etc. to client contacts
• Perform quality assurance, checks and debug issues with campaigns to ensure that line items and creative have been set up correctly and delivered across all platforms and devices
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance
• Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining traffic and work‑flow procedures for client accounts
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and address ideas to improve the ads ops process
