Formación

• 2+ years of Investment Banking and/or M&A experience.
• Strong financial modelling, company valuation, and quantitative analysis.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Execute mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and financing transactions from initial analysis through completion.
• Build and review financial models, company valuations and quantitative analyses to support client recommendations.
• Prepare clear presentations and materials for discussions with clients, investors and senior bankers.
• Research companies, industries and market trends to identify opportunities and provide insights.
• Coordinate with clients, advisers and internal teams to deliver high-quality work across origination and execution.
