Nomura Holdings, Inc. (Old) in Madrid is offering a 6-month Investment Banking Off Cycle Internship in the Madrid FIG team. You will be placed into the EMEA Investment Banking function, supporting deal execution and data analysis alongside a buddy and mentor.

Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, and interns gain exposure to M&A, capital raising, and modelling work while receiving training, seminars and networking within Nomura's global platform.

• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Responsabilidades

• perform as a first-year analyst with the same level of exposure, participating in all situations as full members of the team
• support senior bankers on preparation of discussion materials, data analysis, modelling (operating models, capital models, merger models, LBO, etc.), participate in on‑going deal execution within FIG, e.g. M&A transactions, capital raising etc.
• form effective working relationships and to demonstrate a commitment to the firm’s goals and values
• work closely with a buddy and interacting regularly with a senior mentor and receive extensive contact with Nomura professionals at all levels through training, seminars and informal social functions
