Worldpanel by Numerator Spain is seeking an Insight Consulting Manager to lead client projects from planning to final presentation, delivering high-impact consumer insights for FMCG clients.

The role requires strong analytical and consultative abilities, cross-functional coordination, and excellent Spanish and English communication. You will mentor junior analysts and shape content development across the function.

Formación

• Degree in Economics, Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading market research or consulting projects with client exposure.
• Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities linking data to business impact.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English, with client-facing delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead insight projects and client deliverables from end to end, defining plans, priorities, timelines and responsibilities.
• Coordinate project kick-offs, clarify objectives, and align expectations with involved teams.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams across Client Service, Expert Solutions, Operations, Data, Technology, and more.
• Develop high-value analytical content translating data into actionable client insights.
• Build the final project narrative ensuring consistency and clear recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients with adaptable communication style.
• Coach and review junior analysts to develop analytical thinking and delivery quality.
