• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry, preferably in housekeeping management within luxury hotels.
• Ability to motivate and manage diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, supervise and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house.
• Respond promptly to special requests and resolve guest complaints.
